1. Document Handling Charges (DHC) portal is designed by Department of Registration and Stamps, Maharashtra. This portal will facilitate the users to make online payment for charges collected at Sub Registrar office for document handling, which is Rs. 20 per page.

2. Please note that this portal can only be used for payment of Document Handling Charges and not for any other payment such as Stamp Duty or Registration fees.

3. Best viewed in Google Chrome.

4. In case pages are more than 100, generate PRN in multiples of 100 Pages. (i.e. generate 2 PRNs for 200 pages, 3 for 300 and so on).

5. PRN can be defaced from SRO within District.

6. In case of failed transactions, kindly re-check the status from ‘Search Challan’ option on the Home page.
